Meet one of our agents, Rick Crawshaw! Rick is a devoted family person, finding immense support and love in his wife, children, and four dogs. Beyond real estate, his interests span fishing, weightlifting, music, and karaoke nights with his wife. Formerly a police officer, he embarked on a new career path in real estate in his home state of Missouri, driven by a desire for a career change and a genuine passion for helping clients meet their real estate aspirations. Rick has been in North Carolina for about a year and has fostered a great love for the area.
Rick has worked with both Sellers and Buyers in a transaction. While it is hard for him to choose, his favorite part of a transaction is the look on his client’s face when they realize that is the home for them at their showing. He also loves closing, when the client gets to take possession.
What is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation is to go on the castle tours of Ireland and Scotland. It just so happens, my wife and I are currently working the plans up to do so in the next year.’s….no questions asked
Is there a must-do local activity that you would recommend to an out-of-towner?
Just get out and experience the area. But be careful, you may fall in love with and next thing you know, you buy a house. That’s what we did
