I have been excited about real estate since college but took the long road before turning my passion into a profession. Originally from Ohio and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, I spent 7 years on active duty as an Army Officer serving at posts in the US and Republic of South Korea. I spent most of my military career in leadership positions, and earned both the Parachutist Badge and Ranger Tab. I left the military with the rank of Captain while stationed at Ft Lee, VA. .

My love of people and desire to advocate for clients led me to a highly successful 30-year career in medical sales, working for both private and publicly held companies. I married my lovely wife, Melinda, and together raised our three children in Chesterfield, VA. In 2017, we purchased our first beach vacation rental, and now own and manage multiple properties in both Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. I feel uniquely qualified to help all real estate clients—from first time homebuyers to savvy investors. I view myself not just as a realtor but as an adviser, helping clients to not only buy or sell, but also to strategize toward long-term wealth building with real estate. Melinda and I live on Pleasure Island and love hosting and entertaining family and friends, especially our three grandchildren.
