Hi, I'm Laurie Stuhrcke, and I am an enthusiastic real estate broker, beach lover and runner!
When the time comes to sell your home, I'm a very strong listing agent. I don't rush the house onto the market, preferring to suggest changes with furniture layout, landscape and anything that will make your home stand above the competition and maximize your return, before completing a full marketing package that can include video, professional photography, website and social media.
The marketing plan for my client's property is always different and always multifaceted. It depends so much on the property, and oftentimes the clients themselves.
I pride myself in being 100% dedicated to my clients, and that means responsiveness, communication and timely follow ups. More than that, I treat each client and property purchase experience as if it were me, personally, buying a home.
Social media plays a BIG part in my marketing process. My website, theNCagent.com is a wonderful resource for both buyers and sellers and features local information along with home prices and home valuation reports. I'm fortunate to work with some of the best lenders and inspection companies in the area. With these professionals in our corner, the entire transaction feels effortless and enjoyable – and allows you the "fun" of buying a home that you may not hear about very often.
When working with clients who are buying a home, I'm easy to get along with, friendly and honest. After over 20 years representing buyers and sellers, I know what to look for and what to steer clear of.. I'm rarely "pushy" (unless it's in your best interest), and I'm skillful in weighing the pros and cons of each property. We’ll work together to make sure that you get exactly what you’re looking for and what you are able to afford. More than that, I treat each client and property purchase experience as if it were me, personally, buying a home. This means that I’m going to work as hard and as long as it takes to get you the best price and perfect property, all the while keeping you in the loop and tending to your best interests behind the scenes.
Rarely will you see me without a smile on my face, and my tendency to remain upbeat means the home selling or buying process is not only going to be done right, but it’s going to be fun.
