Pam has extensive new construction experience and just completed her own 7th new construction home in Kure Beach. With her project management background, Pam is extremely detail-oriented and proactive. She is very organized and gets everything taken care of early on in the transaction so that her clients can focus their time and energy on the move. Pam is persistent in working with other agents, inspectors, vendors, and lenders to make the buying or selling process as quick and painless as possible.

Pam is originally from PA, but she now calls beautiful North Carolina "home". She completed her undergraduate degree in IT at Penn State University and received her MBA in South Carolina. Pam's work background is in IT Project Management. She has two daughters, one is an East Carolina graduate living in Charlotte and working as a real estate agent. The other is currently attending UNC Charlotte. She has a Goldendoodle named Lily, a Bernedoodle named Braxton, and a cat named Bella. Pam enjoys taking her dogs for sunrise walks on the beach everyday and traveling to any place that is warm with palm trees and an ocean breeze.
