Originally from Pennsylvania, Pam now calls beautiful North Carolina "home". She received her undergraduate degree in IT at Penn State University and received her MBA in South Carolina. She has two daughters, one who is an East Carolina graduate living in Charlotte and working as a real estate agent. The other is currently attending UNC Charlotte. Pam earned her Real Estate license seven years ago and has extensive new construction experience. She just completed her own 7th new construction home in Kure Beach. With her project management background, Pam is extremely detail-oriented and proactive. She is very organized and gets everything taken care of early on in the transaction so that her clients can focus their time and energy on the move. Pam is persistent in working with other agents, inspectors, vendors, and lenders to make the buying or selling process as quick and painless as possible
