Samuel B. Camblin is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and active investor in the lower Cape Fear region. Sam is also a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Licensed NC General Contractor, member of the Cape Fear Realtors, and frequent contributor with the Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity. After graduating from the UNCW Cameron School of Business in 2010, Sam was able to build a broad experience base in both the brokerage and appraisal fields.
Through his years of experience and sheer diversity provided by our coastal environment, Sam has had the opportunity to fine-tune his professional skills to fit the unique needs of clients within this market area.
When he is not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Sam can be found playing soccer in the local men’s league, running the Cross City Trail, or spending time with his wife and three kids.
