Shawn listened to our needs and wants in a home, what kind of area we wanted to live in, and most importantly kept us within our budget.

Shawn also would go through home searches each day to find us the perfect home. He would only send you the houses to review that he knew met your needs and wants. We lived about 7 hours away from the Leland area. So after letting him know what houses we were interested in, he would then go to the house and take a video of it, send it to us, and give us his honest opinion of what he thought about it. After seeing the videos we would then setup appointments for only the homes we were interested in.

Shawn also went out of his way to find the best contractors to fix the repairs needed to our home before closing. Shawn would even go buy the home to make sure the repairs were done. He also met with the home inspector and stayed with him while doing the inspection.
