Meet one of our newest Brokers, Julie Jadick! Julie has been happily married for 23 years with two college-aged daughters, Madelyn and Paige, and is a seasoned Wilmington resident of 32 years. She’s an audiobook enthusiast and has a diverse range of hobbies including travel, horseback riding, and beach outings. A passionate animal lover, her home is a lively one, housing three dogs - Buddy, Milo, and Hazel - as well as three adopted cats, Roarie, Ernie, and Oliver. They also cherish their Dutch Warmblood Gelding, Ramone.
Professionally, Julie’s journey into real estate was a natural one, spurred by a degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a fascination with interior design. She relishes seeing transactions through from start to finish, with the closing being her favorite part. When it comes to representing clients, she leans towards sellers, with most of the workload being
upfront. Her favorite local places include Origins restaurant and Wrightsville Beach, where they once called home for three years. She recommends exploring
downtown and indulging in ghost walks to get the best feel for the area.

What is your dream vacation?
A trip to the Greek islands and coast of France and Italy.
What is your favorite local community? Why?
My favorite local community is Porters Neck. I live there and love the proximity to shopping, restaurants and the beach. It's also close to the marina where we keep our boat.
