How long have you lived in Wilmington?
I moved to Wilmington in 2005 to attend UNCW and haven't moved since.
Why did you get into Real Estate?
Just a genuine interest in the physical component of real estate, as well as understanding the transaction and all that goes into getting from point A to point B (or point Z in some cases!).
